Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and returned to our warehouse. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue.
Package Responsibility
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it or influence its delivery. All responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping carrier, and the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly in the event of a delivery issue or to update their address details.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
